For Creators

Publish a course, and keep the majority of what it earns — at a split we print in public.

eduz.courses pays creators a published, creator-favouring split: 80% of net revenue goes to the creator, 20% to the marketplace. The number is on this page, not buried in a contract, and it does not quietly change after you have built your audience.

The published split

80 to the creator, 20 to the marketplace — printed, not negotiated

Most marketplaces take the majority cut and keep the exact figure vague. We do the opposite: the creator keeps the larger share, and the share is published so every creator reads the same number.

The split is on net revenue after payment fees and applicable taxes, which are shown line by line in your earnings dashboard. GST and TDS are handled per creator class. There is no separate listing fee and no charge to keep a course published.

How publishing works

From draft to published — with a human review before any student sees it

1
Build in the creator studio
Authoring happens in the eduz creator studio, run by the creator desk. Sequence modules and lessons, write text-first capsules, add practice and a quiz, set a price within the published bands, and preview the course exactly as a student will see it.
2
Pass editorial review
Every course is reviewed by a person before it goes live — for accuracy, age-fit, register and originality. Courses facing minors get mandatory human review. We do not let 'guaranteed selection' claims through; honest courses, honestly described.
3
Publish to the catalog
Once approved, your course appears in the catalog with its language, level, length and price stated. Verified-student reviews and a live completion rate build over time — signals you earn, not badges you buy.
4
Get paid, transparently
Earnings show to the paise in your dashboard, with per-lesson analytics so you can see where students drop off and fix it. Payouts run on a stated schedule, handled through the eduz billing rail.

What we commit to creators

·
A published split. The 80/20 share is printed on this page, the same for every creator. It is not a rate you negotiate or a number that erodes once you are committed.
·
Your work stays yours. You hold the rights to your course; we license it to sell on the catalog. You can take it down on stated notice, and your audience and earnings history are yours to export.
·
Honest signals, not vanity. Completion rates and verified-student reviews are shown as they are. We will not inflate a number to flatter a course, because a student reads the same page you do.
